By accessing or using Aura by IntimateAura ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Aura. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

Aura is an AI-powered intimacy and companionship platform. The Platform provides access to AI companions for emotional support, conversation, and intimacy simulation. The AI companions are not real people and do not have genuine emotions, consciousness, or relationships.

Aura is a technology product. Any emotional connection you feel with an AI companion is a product of the AI's design and your own psychology. We encourage users to maintain healthy real-world relationships alongside their use of the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

— Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
— Attempt to circumvent content safety systems
— Use the Platform to generate content involving minors in any sexual or romantic context
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's AI systems
— Share your account credentials with others
— Use the Platform in any way that could harm other users or third parties

Aura offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used the premium features. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

The AI companions, their personalities, and all Platform content are the intellectual property of Aura by IntimateAura. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Conversation logs remain your personal data under our Privacy Policy, but the AI-generated responses are proprietary to Aura.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aura does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will always be appropriate or accurate.

Aura is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
